Time to Count
Generally, our trainees are
expected to complete the full two year training contract. We
feel that it takes this length of time to gain an insight into the
firm, our clients’ needs and for the trainees to gain sufficient
confidence to proceed into the legal world as a fully qualified
solicitor.
On very rare occasions, if there is
a compelling business need, an individual may be required to
qualify early and use their previous legal experience to secure a
reduction of their training contract.
