Following on from the
success of February’s Employment Law
Update.
This event is a must for HR
professionals and managers to ensure they are up to date with key
recent developments in the ever-changing cycle that is Employment
Law.
The event is held by Wales Quality Centre, in partnership with Hugh James Solicitors and the Bridgend
Council’s Economic Development Unit.
Programme for the day is as follows:

by Hugh James’ Employment and HR Services Team highlighting the
perils and pitfalls of breaching dignity at work
- Review main provisions of the Act
- National Minimum Wage
Case Law Update: to include
- Variation clauses – will have you reaching for the red
pen!
- Risk assessments and pregnant workers
- Representation at internal hearings
Panel / Q&A session
An open session, where delegates will have the opportunity to pose
questions to the Panel on HR legal issues.
