Cenric Clement-Evans, Partner and Head of Workplace Accidents and Injury at Hugh James is to jointly lead an APIL training seminar on Noise and Vibration Injuries - running the cases.

 

The course is being repeated due to the high level of interest and demand for its return to the APIL training event calendar. Taking place in London and Manchester the seminar promises to be packed with useful and interesting information on dealing with noise and vibration injury cases. 

 

Martin Bare, Partner at Morrish Solicitors in Leeds will be co-instructor for the day.

  • risk assess the cases which are viable to run
  • study real life case studies which will demostrate what you need to know in order to run a successful HAVs/ONIHL case
  • identify what to look out for when interviewing the client
  • construct your cases
  • understand what you need to prove liability
  • understand medical and engineering evidence
  • find out more about limitation, quantum and potential problem areas
  • understand how appointment works in the cases
  • successfully run your own caseload of HAVs and ONIHL claims - even if you are a newcomer to these cases
