Approximately 50 families are taking legal action in relation to odour problems emanating from the Faccenda chicken site in Brackley.

Residents living near to the site report serious odour problems which have meant that they have been unable to open their doors and windows, or enjoy being outside in their gardens during the summer months.

Hugh James solicitors have been instructed by residents to assist them with this case in a bid to put an end to the problems that have been occurring for many years.

Resident meeting

Hugh James are holding a meeting at Brackley Town Football Club, Churchill Way, Brackley, NN13 7EJ on 7 November 2012 at 7pm to discuss the case, with many residents expected to attend.

Those residents who wish to attend are asked to contact Hugh James to reserve their space at the meeting.
