Hugh James have been appointed by
order of the High Court in London to act as the lead solicitors in
claims being brought by residents living in the town of Ware
against the operator of the Westmill Landfill Site.
Residents maybe entitled to claim
compensation if they have interest in the property affected, and
have experienced unpleasant odours from the landfill site between
2004 and the present.
The Court has ordered that all
claims must be registered with Hugh James Solicitors by the
