Hugh James secure Health Board apology

today, Wednesday 29 September, highlights a major triumph for Hugh
James. The paper reports on Hugh James Partner Andrew
Davies' fight to get
an apology for his clients from Aneurin Bevan Health Board.
Andrew, has been representing Kirsty Phelps and her son Niall
Goodway following a series of mistakes at the Royal Gwent Hospital
in Newport during Kirsty's labour with Niall which left Niall brain
damaged.
Andrew is a Partner in the highly acclaimed
clinical negligence team at the
firm. Recently the Legal 500 directory ranked
Hugh James as the number one clinical negligence firm
in Wales and
stated; "Undoubtedly the leaders in Wales".
