Lisa Morgan to speak at the Public Law Project

Hugh James senior associate Lisa Morgan will be running a
workshop at this year’s Wales conference held in Cardiff University
on 4th May.
Lisa is an experienced and specialist
solicitor in challenging NHS continuing healthcare funding
decisions. She has successfully acted for hundreds of clients and
will be running a workshop on the day looking at the appeals
process, current pitfalls and how to challenge them.
Aimed at lawyers, advisors, advocates,
campaigners and legal services in public bodies, the conference
includes expert sessions on public law and challenging public
authorities.
