The Welsh Rugby
Union on various matters including the restructuring of
its indebtedness and loans to member clubs.
Handelsbanken on the multi-million pound
administration of the A&A property group of
companies.
Handelsbanken in relation to a number of high
value property instructions including a £5.1 million facility to a
Spanish manufacturing company, acquiring commercial premises in
Cardiff.
Royal Bank of
Scotland on funding the acquisition of Llanelec
Precision Engineering Limited. We advised on the terms of the
facility, all security issues and also financial assistance
matters.
Royal Bank of
Scotland on the acquisition of companies owning care homes
by its customer, Castalia.
Royal Bank of Scotland on the corporate and
property finance elements of the acquisition of companies owning
care homes by several of its customers, as well as several
healthcare properties including one for £7 million in West
Wales.
The Bank of
Ireland on various secured lending for property
transactions.
We have been involved in
£55m, £45m and £30m Welsh Housing
Association transactions.
HSBC has
recently instructed us regarding funding the acquisition of a 19
unit industrial estate in Tredegar.
