Testimonials

“In Hugh James we have a trusted partner with a thorough understanding of our business and sector. We are delighted that we are able to access top tier legal expertise from a similarly ambitious Welsh firm that can service our needs at a regional and national level."

Mark Fenwick, Finance Director, Boomerang

“I am extremely grateful for the professionalism, expertise and dedication Hugh James demonstrated throughout the negotiation of this historic agreement. Their contribution was instrumental in helping us get the deal over the line. Their guidance throughout the protracted and sometimes difficult negotiations was invaluable and is greatly appreciated by me and the whole of the WRU team."

Roger Lewis, CEO, Welsh Rugby Union

"Hugh James did an outstanding job of managing the many disciplines of an acquisition with great communication at an executive level. They are as good as the high profile New York firms I have used without the high profile attorney fees. We were so impressed we have engaged the firm to represent all our UK legal needs."

Lyndon Faulkner, CEO, Pelican Products, Inc.

"We have worked with Hugh James over many years on a range of domestic and cross border issues. They are very responsive and their advice always reflects a "can-do", commercial approach.  I would have no hesitation recommending them."
Mark Goldby, CEO AmniTec Limited

"We had imagined initially that we'd need to engage a firm of City solicitors to steer us through the sale. But in the end we decided to go with Hugh James and we're delighted that we did.  The service we received from Gerallt Jones and his colleagues was outstanding from first to last and played a critical part in the success of the deal."

Megan Stuart, Managing Director, Presentable

“Hugh James were an invaluable part of the team and managed the acquisition superbly.  This was a complicated deal involving various countries across the globe and tight timescales, but they made it all seem very easy.  The service they provided was first class.”

Scott Quinnell, Development Director, Dore
