acquisition by a consortium of investors assembled by former

California based global leader in advanced lighting systems and
protective cases, on its acquisition of Blue I UK.
Eltel Group Corporation
(8,300 employee Finnish multinational) on business sales and the
closure of its UK operations.
The Welsh Rugby Union on
various matters including the restructuring of its indebtedness and
its acquisition of the remaining share of its joint venture for
indoor training facilities for the Welsh national squads.
AJ Access Platforms on its
acquisition of a fleet of more than 700 access platform sets from
industry giant SGB Services.
The sellers of the UK’s leading independent
solid fuel manufacturer Maxibrite to Coal4Energy,
