Hugh James healthcare experience
Our Healthcare team has advised on many
corporate and commercial matters including:
- A large RSL in negotiating, reviewing and
drafting block and spot contracts with Local Health Boards and in
producing a service user agreement and terms and conditions for the
residents at its care homes.
The Healthcare team has also advised on
regulatory and compliance issues, some include:
- A registered provider and managers in a joint
investigation by the Police and regulators into the multiple deaths
of service users, regulatory breaches and allegations of fraud and
