The HR Consultancy team has significant
experience across a wide range of sectors and business types
including:
- Successfully developed and facilitated change management
programmes for a variety of organisations.
- Accomplished the effective delivery of a major new
competency based performance management process for a legal
services firm of over 600 employees.
- Significantly changed secretarial working practices
increasing productivity as well as reducing headcount costs by more
than £200k a year for a legal sector firm.
- Successfully developed and launched a new staff consultation
forum and undertaken staff surveys.
- Launched a team of 15 HR specialists successfully TUPE
transferred and integrating over 3,000 staff worldwide for
IBM.
- Designed and delivered director assessment programmes for
Lloyds TSB.
- Considerable experience of resolving difficult employee
conflict situations, often providing practical solutions and where
necessary bringing in legal advice on options.
- Wide experience of implementing redundancy and restructure
proposals including at senior management level. The range of
support can vary from ad hoc advice to project managing the
process and assisting with the communication strategy.
- Coaching and mentoring of senior management employees.
