- Successfully developed and facilitated change management
programmes for a variety of organisations.
- Accomplished the effective delivery of a major new
competency based performance management process for a legal
services firm of over 600 employees.
- Significantly changed secretarial working practices increasing
productivity as well as reducing headcount costs by more than £200k
a year for a legal sector firm.
- Successfully developed and launched a new staff consultation
forum and undertaken staff surveys.
- Launched a team of 15 HR specialists successfully TUPE
transferred and integrating over 3,000 staff worldwide for
IBM.
- Designed and delivered director assessment programmes for
