South Wales outbreak of Legionnaires Disease
This page has been set up following the recent
Legionnaires disease out break in South Wales to offer legal advice
and support to those affected.
Our experts have considerable
experience of dealing with complex public health issues and
represented victims of the 2005 Ecoli outbreak in relation to civil
claims for damages and providing representation throughout the
Public Inquiry.
We are aware that from early stage
families want information and guidance. We have therefore included
some useful links below to key sources of information. If however
you have been affected and would like to talk to one of our
team of experts or would like further information then please do
not hesitate to telephone us or alternatively click here
to complete our enquiry form and we will contact you.
It is too early to know whether or
not legal action will result from the outbreak or whether families
will press for an official inquiry. The cause of the outbreak has
not yet been identified but we continue to monitor the position. We
will update this page as the investigation proceeds.
