How our solicitors can help the social housing
sector
We believe that by
working in partnership with you our social housing team can assist
you to make real differences in our communities. We draw on
experience and insight gained from advising providers of social
housing services for over 30 years.
Our client base includes
over 40 Housing Associations and Local Authorities. We are
therefore able to offer unparalleled strength and depth to housing
associations and local authorities.
We offer a full legal
service to all our social housing clients. In addition to this, to
support our legal services and deliver on your needs we offer a
range of training.
The requirements demanded
by private sector funders are also very familiar to us. We have
acted for lenders and for housing association borrowers in
negotiating complex facility agreements. For further information
see our banking and finance pages.
