Providing an overview of discrimination legislation and case law, and practically dealing with equality issues in the workplace, this session will focus on the discrimination legislation and examine the grounds on which discriminatory behaviour is prohibited. Delegates will also be provided with examples of discriminatory conduct, identify how it manifests itself in practice, and acquire the skills to practically manage equality and diversity issues
