The family friendly rights training
course is designed to update delegates regarding basic maternity,
paternity, adoption, parental leave, and dependent leave rights, as
well as flexible working, whilst also focusing on the
discrimination overlap. Pay issues, notification requirements,
impact on the employment contract and returning to work will also
be covered, together with practical examples of flexible working
systems.
