business coaching and mentoring processes, and familiarise them
with the skills to ensure this mentoring compliments company
objectives. By balancing theory and practice, the coaching and
mentoring course will help delegates find ways to advise and
inform and then empower and encourage staff to find the solutions
for themselves.
