The positive influencing &
assertiveness skills training course has been designed to equip
delegates with skills to enhance their ability to communicate,
without undermining their personal integrity. Through practical
exercises, delegates will explore the characteristics of assertive
behaviours, whilst learning how to become more persuasive and
influential within the workplace.
