Adrian Southwood is an associate in
the Indemnity and Corporate Risk team at Hugh James, undertaking
higher value claims and claims involving fraud. He has over 14
years experience in personal injury litigation.
Whilst qualifying Adrian
specialised in claimant personal injury litigation. He then
progressed to defendant personal injury for insurance clients when
he joined Morgan Cole, there he was involved a substantial number
of high value claims, i.e. over £125,000, from an early stage.
In 2005 Adrian joined Rausa
Mumford's insurance department where a significant portion of his
case load involved claims against care homes and care providers
allowing him to develop expertise in that area.
Adrian is the Hugh James representive
for the Insurance Fraud Investigators Group
