Alison Love is a Partner and Head
of the Employment and HR Services Group at Hugh James, specialising

She advises large corporate and
public sector organisations and has considerable experience in
all aspects of employment law, including employment tribunal
claims, negotiating high value settlements, outsourcing and TUPE
transfers and breach of contract claims.

Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers, Alison worked as a
personnel practitioner in a number of industry sectors prior to
