Profile

Prior to achieving a (LLM) Masters in Employment Law through Northumbria University Deborah had worked in the field of human resources for eight years.  Six years as a generalist human resources practitioner spanning a variety of industries, gaining experience in both public and private sectors.  This was followed by almost two years specialising in equality and diversity whilst working for a police service.  Deborah graduated from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2008 and become a Chartered Member in 2010. Deborah attained neuro linguistic programmer accreditation in 2010 and champions NLP techniques in the workplace.

Deborah has completed the Certificate in Teaching in Lifelong Learning Sector and is experienced in training human resources and employment law topics.  Deborah is committed to life long learning and this comes across in her passion for training.
