Profile
Dominic is a Partner and Head of the Banking
and Finance Team at Hugh James. He joined the firm in 2010
from a leading City firm in London where he was a general banking
partner. He has a wide range of experience in banking
transactions built upon from his time in the City and whilst on
secondment to a major investment bank. Dominic combines
strong technical ability with traditional networking and
relationship skills.
Dominic regularly advises lenders, borrowers
and investors on bilateral and syndicated acquisition finance,
private equity, asset finance, development finance and structured
finance transactions nationally, in the City of London and across
Europe. Dominic has extensive experience of investment and
development real estate finance deals in the UK market across a
wide range of sectors. He has also advised on the refinance
of some significant commercial property portfolios.
