Gwen is a Partner in the Hugh James
environment group, with over 10 years experience in handling group
actions on behalf of communities affected by various forms of
environmental pollution.
She has developed a national reputation for
environmental work and was appointed the lead solicitor in the
following group action cases:

number of large environmental group actions in locations throughout
the UK in the past 12 months.
She has also been involved in other major group action
cases such as the claim by injured passengers following the Gerona
air crash, and the multi-million pound claim by former miners
alleging professional negligence against their former solicitors
over the alleged mishandling of injury claims.
