Profile
Hannah Williams
is a Partner in our clincial/medical negligence team. She
trained in Hugh James between 2002 and 2004 and qualified into the
clinical negligence department.
Hannah has wide
experience in all areas of clinical negligence and has a particular
interest in serious brain and spinal injuries and claims arising
from a failure to diagnose cancer.
Hannah settled
a multi million pound claim in relation to a delay in diagnosing
cancer in 2010, the year that she was also appointed to the Law
Society Clinical Negligence Panel.
She is also
presently acting for a number of clients whose claims are valued at
well in excess of £1million, including cases relating to birth
injuries, brain injury as a result of a failure to treat infection
and cases where medical treatment, or lack of, has resulted in
amputation.
