Prior to
achieving accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Personnel
and Development in training practice and assuming responsibility
for the Firm’s internal and external training functions, Helen was
a Solicitor in the Employment and HR Service Team; in this role
Helen advised a varied employer / employee client base on a wide
range of employment issues including employment tribunal
claims.
In a training
capacity, Helen now has responsibility for all of the Firm's
internal learning and development and also designs, delivers and
evaluates training to clients across a range of industry sectors on
a broad spectrum of topics including employment and human
resources, and personal and management development.
