Profile

Iain Scott is a Partner in the Hugh James Claimant Litigation Division. Since qualification in 1990 Iain has gained extensive experience in personal injury litigation. His motivation is making a difference to the lives of ordinary people who have suffered injury or injustice. He continues to act in a broad range of cases including; accidents at work, fatal accidents, public liability and industrial injury and disease. His expertise extends to dealing with cases of child abuse, actions against the police and housing disrepair, building and boundary disputes. He regularly appears as an advocate.
