Profile
Kevin McCarthy is a senior
associate and joined Hugh James in 1991. He works in the
Claimant Litigation Division and is a Fellow of ILEX with many
years experience in dealing with group actions and claimant
industrial disease litigation, with specialism in occupational
noise induced hearing loss claims.
Kevin has represented the families
affected by the e-coli outbreak in South Wales in September in
relation to a civil action and has settled numerous claims for
patients who alleged visual problems from their cataract remedial
intraocular lenses.
Kevin is currently leading a team
specialising in noise induced hearing loss claims against BT on
behalf of current and former BT
engineers.
