Leanne joined the commercial property division at Hugh James in 2007. She has specialist expertise in energy projects, acquisitions and disposals, construction and investment financing, development and lease hold transactions.

Leanne has specific experience in assisting house builder aqcuisitions, leading solar panel projects and advising a number of housing associations and local authorities across Wales.
