Profile
Leighton Jones is a Partner in the Hugh James Commercial
Property Division. He has extensive knowledge of both
residential and commercial conveyancing and was a member of the
team working on the Millennium Stadium project.
Leighton has also dealt with a town centre re-development scheme
and an out-of-town business park development. He has acted as
an advisor to Companies House and is advising WHCSA on a major
office disposal. Currently Leighton acts for a number of
housing associations on landlord and tenant matters and has acted
for Housing for Wales on several office lettings.
In addition he has considerable experience of site
investigation work for major national house builders.
