Mairwen became a partner in the firm in 1990 by which time she had gained experience in general commercial litigation and insolvency. She then specialised in Insurance Litigation becoming Head of the firm’s Insurance Department until her retirement from partnership in 2008 when she became a consultant. She now heads the firm’s Quality and Risk Management Department and is responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory issues and the maintenance of high quality standards throughout the firm. Her department seeks to ensure that the firm’s commitment to client care and quality professional service is maintained at a high level throughout the firm.
