Profile
Mari Rosser is a consultant in the
Medical team. She specialises in Clinical Negligence and is a
member of both The Law Society's clinical negligence and the
referral panel for Action for Victims of Medical Accidents. Mari
has particular expertise in adult brain injury cases and fatal
accident claims. She has advised a number of patients who have been
victims of gross neglect, representing the interests of patients
and bereaved families in such cases in GMC proceedings and at
inquests.
Mari is recommended by both the
Legal 500 and Chambers directories as a leader in the field of
clinical negligence.
Mari is head of a team in HJ who
advise and assist the Welsh Community health councils on all
aspects of medical law.
Mari has been a member of a
specialist National Assembly Clinical Negligence Working Party
since its creation in 2003.
Mari is an adjudicator for the Legal Services Commission.
