The following are amongst the most notable of Martin's current and
recent cases:
- HMRC v T – Multi-million pound Carousel fraud allegation. T was
acquitted following trial.
- Inquest into the death of Mr Roger Bowen – representation of
the Welsh Government at the inquest into the tragic death of Mr
Bowen in an accident at the A48 Cwmgwili junction.
