Peter is a Partner in the Commercial Property Team at Hugh James.  

He has extensive experience in acquisitions and disposals, residential housebuilders, land & tenant, consortiums, planning and infrastructure agreements and renewable energy.

 

Peter has experience in dealing with both private and public sector clients including Barratt Homes, Bellway Homes, Walters Group, Cardiff Bus, Welsh Water and the Welsh Rugby Union.
