Robert Morgan is a Partner in the Corporate

range of corporate and banking/finance transactions and on
insolvency related matters. Recent experience includes
advising:
- The Royal Bank of Scotland on its funding of
various transactions including:
- the
acquisition by Castalia of several nursing homes
- the
management buyout of Search Direct
- the
acquisition of precision engineering company Llanelec.
- The Welsh Rugby Union on
various matters including the restructuring (twice) of its
indebtedness and its acquisition of the remaining share
of a joint venture company for indoor training facilities
for the Welsh national team.
- Several housing associations
on loan facilities exceeding £200 million in the last
year.
- Deloitte on the
administration sale of Swansons Lighting & Electrical.
- Cardiff Council
on the establishment of Cardiff & Co, the Cardiff
Transportation Project and various other matters.
