Since qualifying in 2002, Sarah has gained extensive experience in Wills, Probate, Trusts and Tax. She has dealt with the administration of estates, Powers of Attorney and has advised high net worth individuals in their tax planning, including preparing their wills and setting up lifetime trusts.

Sarah also has experience in administering high value estates usually involving a diversity of assets such as family company shares, farming partnerships, horses, foreign property etc. This usually involves discussions with HM Revenue & Customs concerning the availability of reliefs from inheritance tax. She also deals with the administration of trusts, often set up for the benefit of vulnerable beneficiaries.
