Profile
Siôn has 8 years' post qualification experience of all aspects
of public and private law family proceedings.
Having trained with Hugh James and specialising in general
family law upon qualification, Siôn returned to the firm in 2006 in
order to specialise solely in Children Law and Adoption, following
a period with a leading Merthyr Tydfil family law practice.
Siôn has dealt with children law matters extensively since
qualifying as a Solicitor and was one of the youngest Solicitors to
be appointed to the Law Society’s Children Panel in March 2007.
Since his appointment, Siôn has built up an extensive Guardian
practice encompassing all of the CAFCASS offices in
South East Wales. He also acts for parents and Local
Authorities.
Siôn is a fluent Welsh speaker and is comfortable advising and
conducting advocacy in both Welsh and English.
