Recovered £7.8m for a young girl following a failure to provide appropriate anti-epileptic medication which resulted in severe brain injury.  Our client received a large lump sum and annual payments for the rest of her life which allowed her to have 24 hour care, alterations to her property and all the equipment that she required to cope with her injuries in the future.
 
 
Recovered £100,000 on behalf of a widower who lost his wife after negligent nursing care following a routine operation when the nurses didn't review the fluid balance and the deceased lost too much blood and suffered a fatal heart attack.
