Yvonne Davies is a Partner in the Hugh James Commercial Property team. She currently acts for 20 Welsh Registered Social Landlords in a variety of matters including:

Portfolios of properties and developed sites to banks and building societies

General advice on conveyancing matters and preparation of leases.

Yvonne also has a number of years' experience in acting for clients in a variety of conveyancing matters, and a sound understanding of how to meet the requirements of clients such as the Welsh Government. Recent examples include the acquisition of affordable housing land within a former hospital site in central Cardiff.
