The HR Consultancy team has significant experience across a wide range of sectors and business types including:

  • Workplace mediation and all aspects of grievances and disciplinaries in public and private sector organisations
  • Substantial experience successfully investigating and resolving difficult employee conflicts providing practical solutions and where necessary bringing in legal advice on options
  • Leading a UK team of 15 HR specialists successfully TUPE transferred and integrating over 3,000 staff worldwide for IBM.
  • Successfully developing and facilitating change management programmes for public and private sector organisations
  • Developing and delivering  a new competency based performance management process for a  600 employee  organisation
  • Considerable experience developing and implementing  organisation restructures and redundancies. The range of support has varied from ad hoc advice to project managing the process and assisting with the communication strategy
  • Providing strategic direction and input for organisations to ensure their HR resources/strategy helps to achieve their business objectives in the most cost efficient way
