How does Streamline Claims work?

Streamline Claims delivers a truly seamless claims handling process. Our cutting edge technology drives compliance with the relevant pre-litigation protocol and other pre-litigation processes to include investigation, gathering of medical evidence and Part 36 offers of settlement.

It currently processes an average of over 1,000 new third party claims per month but has the scalability to deal with significantly greater volumes.

On a typical sample of 1000 litigated claims, having used Streamline Claims at the pre litigation stage could have produced savings of more then £250,000.

On occasions litigation is unavoidable. When this occurs claims migrate seamlessly to Streamline Resolve. This means that from the date of initial instruction to the conclusion of the claim we will retain the same file number meaning no file duplication of perusal or ‘double keying' of essential data.
