Hugh James Streamline Resolve
Streamline is not a
‘settle all claims at any cost culture'. Inevitably we face claims
that involve a genuine liability dispute, require rebuttal due to
potential floodgate implications, or where, despite robust
negotiation the claimant simply will not accept our quantum
valuation.
Streamline Resolve is therefore a robust,
proactive defendant litigation product, delivering the right
outcome in the shortest timescale.
How does Streamline Resolve work?
Our integrated technology means
that claims pass seamlessly from Streamline claims and into Streamline Resolve,
retaining the same case history, claims data and case strategy.
When this occurs we are able to support our pre-litigation stance
by laying down a marker in costs warning of the risks of proceeding
to dispute liability or failing to accept any earlier Part 36
offer.
The intelligence of our case
management system differentiates and identifies any procedural
differences between small claims, fast and multi tracks.
Our Part 36 strategies are clearly
thought out and supported by case authorities. This allows us the
confidence not to increase upon an offer made within the Streamline Claims
environment in the absence of any new persuasive evidence. Our
opponents soon become aware that they will not squeeze further
damages from a claim simply by the threat of proceedings.
Why choose Streamline Resolve
Whilst many claims will be
withdrawn, from time to time a number of these claims will
litigate. Streamline Resolve is a fixed fee solution that creates a
commercially viable environment enabling our clients to defend
Court proceedings.
