Conducting Investigations Training Course

Conducting investigations training course
description
In compliance
with the ACAS Code of Practice on Discipline and Grievance,
organisations must be able to demonstrate a capability in
conducting robust investigations. Investigation Officers must be
able to plan an effective investigation, conduct an investigation
fairly and without delay, and evaluate the information which
is gathered in an objective manner. With this in mind, this course
examines the legal framework underpinning the need to conduct
effective investigations, the practicalities of doing so and the
format of a comprehensive written report. Delivering practical

course delivers top tips to ensure the process is managed
