Our training providers offer training
courses covering employment legal matters through an engaging
and interactive DVD delivery.
The Hugh James employment and HR
training specialists have developed a series of interactive
training DVDs.
The DVDs feature many of our
employment and HR legal specialists who have swapped
their law books for drama scripts by producing directing and
starring in their own ‘drama’ DVDs. The DVDs showcase
typical scenarios that could occur in the work place

approach
We use the DVD training tools to
lead half-day interactive workshops, pausing the action after each
scene to discuss the chapter as a group, and discuss the best way
forward from an employment law perspective.
The DVD training approach allows us
to use our legal knowledge and training expertise to facilitate
group discussion on key learning points in an enjoyable and
informative way. During the DVD element of
the course we are always on-hand to answer any questions,
as and when they arise.
Prior to the session, we look at an
organisation’s relevant policies and procedures to gain
understanding of its overall approach. Delegates are also provided
with a handout at the end of the training session, to take away for
future reference.
