Negotiation skills training course description
The negotiation skills training
course is designed to improve delegates’ self-confidence and
general skills when negotiating with staff, suppliers, clients and
colleagues, both inside and outside their organisation, in order to
secure win – win results. The emphasis of this negotiation skills
workshop is practice rather than theory, with delegates
participating in negotiation workshops, providing constructive
feedback on the negotiation styles of others within the group, and
evaluating personal negotiation performance with the assistance of
the trainer.
