Ensus Wheat Biorefinery compensation
Environment solicitors at Hugh James are investigating the
possibility of bringing a group legal action against the operators
of the Ensus site. The environmental group action will be for
compensation in relation to the odour nuisance emanating from the
site.
The proposed claim will be for compensation for loss of
enjoyment of your home caused by the odour which will include
issues such as not being able to sit out in the garden, not being
able to open windows and doors in the summer and so on. We will
also seek an injunction to prevent the continuation of the nuisance
in future if there is evidence in support of such a claim.
