has been appointed by the Court as lead solicitors
for former coal miners suffering with osteoarthritis of the
knees and presently acts for a number of clients proceeding
with their claims through the Court, including three of the lead
claimants.
At a recent
trial to consider whether the miners had brought their claims in
time, the Judge said that he felt they were too late. We
believe this decision should be challenged and are appealing
against it. We think we have good prospects on appeal and
remain hopeful these claims can proceed.
