Our London office participated in a ping pong charity match to help raise funds for The Silverlining, a charity supported by the Brain Injury team at Hugh James.
Hugh James is one of The Silverlining Brain Injury Charity’s accredited solicitors. The charity runs this ping pong event as a way for their accredited solicitors to show their support. The Hugh James London team gave it their best shot and made it to the finals.
The event was kindly hosted by Hardwicke Chambers and their PI and Clinical Negligence team.
Sadly, and somewhat disappointingly, it was Slater and Gordon who pipped us, Leigh Day and Hardwicke Chambers to the post when they came first place!
Rest assured that we will be back with a vengeance!
Each team member donated money to participate and there was a charity bingo session to raise further money for this important charity. Cameron Vincent and I were joint bingo winners and both decided to donate our winnings to the charity.
While we do not know how much was raised in total yet the event was a great success! We will keep you posted when we know the amount raised.
