Build & Nurture conferences
Celebrating over 40 years advising the sector, our Social Housing team are collaborating to bring you a series of virtual events to reinvigorate your organisation’s approach to developing homes people want to live in as well as safeguarding the wellbeing of tenants and staff in your care.
Spanning two days, the Build and Nurture conferences offer simple and easy to understand, bitesize sessions focusing on the core points you need to know.
Day one focuses on the theme of Build, examining package deals, JCT contracts for asset managers, private placements and whether you can ever sidestep the procurement rules.
Day two surrounds the theme of Nurture and how, having built beautiful homes, we can ensure the safety and prosperity of those who live in them and ensure those working with tenants can also flourish.
