What do you love most about your job?

Obtaining justice for my clients and helping them improve their lives (and that of their family) when they have been severely injured. Obtaining accountability on behalf of my clients is also very important to me.

What do you like to do outside work?

I enjoy the theatre, whale watching (having now seen grey whales, humpbacks & blue whales), travelling, photography and baking.

…very well respected, with excellent client care skills,

Chambers and Partners UK

Thank you for everything you have done for me these past 4 years. You made my claim so easy and non-stressful I honestly couldn’t of wished for a better solicitor.

Miss S, Client

Helen Neville has provided excellent support throughout the four years of my case and I cannot thank her enough for all the hard work in reaching a satisfactory conclusion I was consistently updated of the situation and was always provided with good advice if I ever had any concerns.

Arthur Chad, Client

Helen made you feel as if you were the only client she had to look after. Helen seemed to leave nothing unchecked and nothing was too much trouble. Helen always gave you so much confidence with everything she did for your claim.

Mrs Lorraine Duggan, Client

Helen was always compassionate and understanding, this helped me through a difficult time in my life but was something I needed to do, and if this only stops one family going through what I went through then it’s been worthwhile. Thank you Helen for all you have done.

Mrs Rowland, Client

Medical negligence can change a person beyond recognition – both mentally and physically. I always found that Helen and the staff of Hugh James to be polite and courteous with a sense of empathy and compassion at all times. I was made to feel that my case was worthy of proceeding with.

Annaliese M.Bush, Client

I would like to say that the professional attitude and approach of Ms Helen Neville was outstanding from day one throughout this case and she is a massive asset to Hugh James law firm.

Mr K, Client

I had tried to engage with several legal practitioners who rejected my case. Luckily, I then made contact with Hugh James. I unreservedly commend their efforts which resulted in a very successful outcome.
