A Solicitor in the Property Dispute Resolution department, Lindsey is experienced in dealing with and advising private, public and third sector clients on a wide range of contentious property issues  including land registration, boundary disputes, break notices, issues and disputes under the Party Wall Act 1996, business lease renewal litigation, adverse possession, commercial and residential landlord and tenant, possession claims and issues relating to agricultural tenancies.  

Lindsey has experience conducting litigation in both the County Court, High Court and First Tier Tribunal.

Prior to joining Hugh James in May 2020, Lindsey worked as a Dispute Resolution solicitor with a high street practice.
