Rhiannon is a Solicitor within the Property Dispute Resolution department. Specialising in property dispute resolution matters, she has a broad range of experience in dealing with landlord and tenant matters, both commercial and residential. Her experience within Commercial Landlord & Tenant matters includes forfeiture and opposed and unopposed renewals under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, and Residential Landlord & Tenant matters includes possession proceedings, tenancy deposit claims and service charge disputes.

Rhiannon qualified in 2020 having trained at Newbold Solicitors completing seats in Residential Conveyancing, Wills & Probate and Housing Litigation. Rhiannon has worked in varied work environments, including a small high-street firm, a large international firm and in an in-house legal department. She studied the LPC online whilst continuing to work full-time. Rhiannon is a graduate of Sheffield Hallam University where she was awarded a Bachelor of Laws degree having followed an approved Honours programme in Maitrise en Droit Francais which involved spending two years in Paris where she obtained qualification from Université Paris XII specialising in Business Law.
